10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
There should be NONE. Only market trading halts are the only time I have been restricted from trading.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
I would like to know why financial institutions are not forced to provide information about all their holdings (shorted stocks, puts, calls, etc) for TOTAL transparency in a WEEKLY fashion. In a time of real-time trading, settling should happen daily, liquidity should be in real time. Time horizons of 30, 60, 90 days are ridiculous for compliance measures and should be trimmed to 7 days or less. These aforementioned items are keeping me from being able to make better choices with my online trading.
