1. Do you have one or more online trading or investment accounts?
Yes, I have one or more accounts that I access both online using a computer and using a mobile app.

2. If your response to Question 1 is Yes, do you think you would trade or invest if you could not do so online using a computer or using a mobile app?
No

3. On average, how often do you access your online account?
Once to a few times a week

4. On average, how often are trades made in your online account, whether by you or someone else?
Once to a few times a week.

5. If you access your account online, did you have the account first, and only began to access it electronically later? Or did you open the account with the idea that you would access it electronically immediately?
I had a pre-existing account and downloaded an app or visited a website to access my account

6. My goals for trading or investing in my online account are (check all that apply):
Other
If Other, Explain:
Who made this survey? It isnt very good so far. I had an account with fidelity and downloaded their app after, but Ive ALSO opened new accounts, so that question is skewed. Also what is this question? Have fun? Is that the answer you are looking for? What a weird question

7. What would you like us to know about your experience with the features of your online trading or investment platform? (Examples of features are: social networking tools games, streaks, or contests with prizes points, badges, and leaderboards notifications celebrations for trading visual cues, like changing colors ideas presented at order placement or other curated lists or features subscription and membership tiers or chatbots.)

Those types of features make me trust an app less and take it less seriously. I dont see a problem with them though because the market IS a casino

8. If you were trading or investing prior to using an online account, how have your investing and trading behaviors changed since you started using your online account? (For example, the amount of money you have invested, your interest in learning about investing and saving for retirement, the amount of time you have spent trading, your knowledge of financial products, the number of trades you have made, the amount of money you have made in trading, your knowledge of the markets, the number of different types of financial products you have traded, or your use of margin.)

I used to only have a 401k and didnt know much about anything else. Now I have access to information but its not from the trading platforms themselves, those are just tools. Ive invested much more money this year than I ever have. Learning about markets and all that stuff starts with online discussion on Reddit but there are resources to learn like investopedia, plenty of video resources (I watched Genslers MIT series on crypto, stuff like that)

I have definitely increased the amount of time I spend thinking about investing. Savings accounts are utterly useless when inflation is 10x the amount of interest I get. Although there are some ok defi crypto interest rates, but who knows what will happen since theres no FDIC on those accounts. I dont use margin as far as I know, although I think a lot of places automatically put you on margin so you can trade immediately while they wait for your traditional scummy bank to complete the funds transfer.

The whole market seems like a giant scam that is manipulated by already wealthy people. Weird how during a global pandemic billionaires got richer by the same amount regular people lost. Thats pretty disgusting. Chases Jamie Dimon taking a billion in overdraft fees from people last year is utterly infuriating and thats just one example. Anyway the markets are a joke by design so I dont know why you care about apps making them look like a joke or a game. Thats what they are.

9. How much experience do you have trading or investing in the following products (None, 12 months, 1-2 years, 2-5 years, 5+ years):
Stocks : 5+ Years
Bonds : None
Options : Less Than 12 Months
Mutual Funds : None
ETFs : 5+ Years
Futures : None
Cryptocurrencies : Less Than 12 Months
Commodities : None
ClosedEnd Funds : None
Money Market Funds : 5+ Years
Variable Insurance Products : None
Business Development Companies : None
Unit Investment Trusts : None

10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
Well nothing happened after the Congressional hearings so far, vlad tenev still roams free after perjuring himself so I assume any company can do whatever they want and screw over all their customers in the event of wealthy people losing a bet, its fine if we lose a bet but if they do the game gets shut down after a call between whatever future Citadel employee works at the CTFC and the owner of a trading platform.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
The whole market is rigged, there is so much fraud and crime that I am 100% sure you will spend my tax money trying to protect me from the horrors of online confetti in an app rather than address the real problems which is that entrenched wealthy people basically print free money by naked short selling things they dont own, fail to deliver everything, put companies out of business, people out of jobs, stop any progress that might help humanity like cancer research and then go on the media they own and cry about how unfair it is that we even consider taxing them. This country is a hilarious joke if I didnt have to live in it. Maybe if my investments pay off Ill have enough money to leave and go to a normal country with healthcare
