10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
Halts 20%/5mins.
Btw,Trading should never be restricted or suspended. The market should be free, not manipulated to protect someone who \"lost\" a bet, particularly those with significant advantages to retail. Oh and other firms shouldn't be able to trade during halts, which they definitely do currently.. not very free

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
I've had 100s of thousands stolen from illegal activities, such as removing buy buttons to tank a stock, and allowing continued naked short selling (noones dumb enough to believe this isn't occurring).

If the market was true, fair, and transparent it would be a beautiful tool to exponentially improve the entire human race. The way it is, siphons our evolution and may Ultimately lead to our premature extinction... that may sound overdramatic, but when you truly think about how important constant advancement is to surviving (its a competition, likely not just on this planet if you believe its possible other life could form in vast far away planets) you'll realize its not overdramatic, but a very real concern.

Lock up the real criminals, the heads of these companies, for the actual sake of humanity
