10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
I undertand payment for order flow brokers are more at risk for depostit requirements from the GME shut off in jan/feb. and due to limiting that the consumer looses the right to make choices of there own due the company not setting themselves in a better financial position to keep a fee market. and due to that it can be abused to keep retail away from wall st. and i feel that even if its bad choices we all ways need the right to have the choice, such as voting. our voice needs to be heard or the upper to middle class gap will continue to widen as its already an Oligarch in the Finance sector. Harsher Penalties will need to be truly in place to keep the market free. With out a Doubt we will have a nother financial down turn due to abuse in the markets that go unchecked.
