No

I downloaded an app or visited a website first, and then opened up an account with the company

7. What would you like us to know about your experience with the features of your online trading or investment platform? (Examples of features are: social networking tools games, streaks, or contests with prizes points, badges, and leaderboards notifications celebrations for trading visual cues, like changing colors ideas presented at order placement or other curated lists or features subscription and membership tiers or chatbots.)
Trading via mobile apps with a clean and modern user intetface is more accessible to young people like me. I may have never started to invest in stocks and other securities if I had had to talk to someone in person. It's important to keep these tools accessible to people of my generation to remain highly adaptable to ever-changing market and economic conditions.

Customer support is often very lackluster or non-existent though.

10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
I'd imagine it to only be restricted in case of illegal activities by the customer.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
Many platforms restricted trading of certian stocks that they deemed 'meme stocks', such as GME, AMC, BB and others. So far there have been no repercussions and those platforms are suspected to disatvantage their 'customers' in many other ways.

It's good to have an easy way to participate in the market though and I am very hopeful that I will have the same tools and capabilities available as other market participants.
