Yes, I have one or more accounts that I access online, either using a computer or a mobile app but I also access the account(s) in other ways (e.g., by calling or visiting in person).

Yes

I downloaded an app or visited a website first, and then opened up an account with the company

7. What would you like us to know about your experience with the features of your online trading or investment platform? Fidelity is straight forward and professional. Their customer service is great. However, like most brokers, they route trades through Citadel, a company among many that has blatant conflicts of interest and total disregard for the law. Their inability and seeming refusal to route through IEX even though the request may be their downfall. Previous to using Fidelity, I was robbed by Robinhood when they turned off the buy button for GME. Overall what I have learned is that all of the brokers are robbing retail just like the market makers, the banks, and the SEC who is complicit in their \"cost of doing business\" fines. The exposure of corruption in our markets is embarrassing.

(For example, the amount of money you have invested, your interest in learning about investing and saving for retirement, the amount of time you have spent trading, your knowledge of financial products, the number of trades you have made, the amount of money you have made in trading, your knowledge of the markets, the number of different types of financial products you have traded, or your use of margin.)
I invest more. I have learned more about the markets on social media and trust nothing mainstream media reports since they are overwhelmingly owned by hedge funds like Citadel. I buy and hold my stock.

Recent history shows me that my trading can be restricted anytime brokers or market makers/hedge funds are losing money.
11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
The obvious corruption in our markets needs to stop. \"Dark pools\" \"naked shorting\" are among the words that regular families are discussing over the dinner table. The corruption isn't your dirty little secret anymore. You have been exposed and the whole world is watching.
