10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
That my online broker can stop me from pattern day trading because I'm too poor, and that it is completely acceptable for multiple brokerages to coordinate with market makers to prevent myself and other poor people from buying certain stocks, while allowing hedge funds or other rich people to buy those same stocks.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
Online trading has opened opportunities for individuals to invest and prepare for retirement, which is great for our capitalist, free market country.

Unfortunately, rules do not seem to apply to market makers and clearing houses with monopolies on the trading of securities. Both their monopolies and their ability to make brokers fail to perform their legally obligated duties have made it so that we no longer have a free market.
