Once to a few times per month.

5. If you access your account online, did you have the account first, and only began to access it electronically later? Or did you open the account with the idea that you would access it electronically immediately?
I downloaded an app or visited a website first, and then opened up an account with the company

(Examples of features are: social networking tools games, streaks, or contests with prizes points, badges, and leaderboards notifications celebrations for trading visual cues, like changing colors ideas presented at order placement or other curated lists or features subscription and membership tiers or chatbots.)
Fine - have absolutely no interest in social media, games, prizes, contests, etc. Only need to trade quickly and effectively with the appropriate information at hand to inform decision-making process.

10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
Fraudulent activity. Irregular activity.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
Negative - increasing awareness of manipulation of markets by market makers. Improve optics. Often technical analysis/fundamentals are meaningless in explaining share prices when HFT and algorithmic trading involved. Would like to see regulatory bodies do their job properly and protect (retail) investors rather than embolden market makers, etc. Would like to see an embargo on senior regulatory body staff moving to jobs in private sector (and vice versa) to prevent potential conflicts of interest. Would like to see truly punitive fines being imposed on financial organisations as effective deterrents instead of light slaps on wrists. Need a more transparent system that has an even playing field for all investors not just money makers, hedge funds, etc. Curb mainsteam media stock bashing to manipulate markets.
