Dark pools, naked shorting, and allowing swaps to be sent offshore is illegal
Dark pools, naked shorting, and hiding swaps in offshore accounts is illegal. Please take action, this has been going on for over 20 years, caused the 2008 crash, and still nothing is done about it.
