I had a pre-existing account and downloaded an app or visited a website to access my account

They are pretty straight forward since I use REAL brokerages like TD Ameritrade and Charles Schwabb

Did not happen to me fortunately but I did have friends who got royally screwed over earlier this year be the halting that resulted in a paltry slap on the wrist the those responsible for it
11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
My experience trading has been simple but knowing how horribly corrupt the system is and that nothing is being done to protect the little guy constantly makes me reluctant to put more money into my accounts for investing.
