1. Do you have one or more online trading or investment accounts?
Yes, I have one or more accounts that I access online using a computer.

2. If your response to Question 1 is Yes, do you think you would trade or invest if you could not do so online using a computer or using a mobile app?
No

3. On average, how often do you access your online account?
Daily/more than once a day

4. On average, how often are trades made in your online account, whether by you or someone else?
Once to a few times a week.

5. If you access your account online, did you have the account first, and only began to access it electronically later? Or did you open the account with the idea that you would access it electronically immediately?
I had a pre-existing account and downloaded an app or visited a website to access my account

6. My goals for trading or investing in my online account are (check all that apply):
Save and grow my money for medium- to long-term goals

7. What would you like us to know about your experience with the features of your online trading or investment platform? (Examples of features are: social networking tools games, streaks, or contests with prizes points, badges, and leaderboards notifications celebrations for trading visual cues, like changing colors ideas presented at order placement or other curated lists or features subscription and membership tiers or chatbots.)
None of this matters. What matters is my trades are warehoused by companies like Citadel while they sell me pseudo shares that they are allowed to created under the guise of \"LIQUIDTY\" exceptions. Do your job SEC, please. My trading doesn't matter so long as this activity is allowed. This isn't right.

8. If you were trading or investing prior to using an online account, how have your investing and trading behaviors changed since you started using your online account? (For example, the amount of money you have invested, your interest in learning about investing and saving for retirement, the amount of time you have spent trading, your knowledge of financial products, the number of trades you have made, the amount of money you have made in trading, your knowledge of the markets, the number of different types of financial products you have traded, or your use of margin.)
I have become increasingly more frustrated with the economic world. The market abuse of investors by high frequency trading is honestly sickening. My trades are routed to some dark pool or HFT warehouser without my consent. I have no control over who gets it and this is the norm for ALL trading now. Did no one ask themselves if this was okay? Do you know why this is the normal. It's because I get scalped. Real investors are the product. We are bought and sold. Why? Because the entire system is built on ripping us off. Did no one at the SEC bother to ask why anyone would pay for orders?

9. How much experience do you have trading or investing in the following products (None, 12 months, 1-2 years, 2-5 years, 5+ years):
Stocks : 2-5 Years
Bonds : Less Than 12 Months
Options : Less Than 12 Months
Mutual Funds :
ETFs : 2-5 Years
Futures :
Cryptocurrencies : Less Than 12 Months
Commodities :
ClosedEnd Funds :
Money Market Funds :
Variable Insurance Products :
Business Development Companies :
Unit Investment Trusts :

10. What is your understanding, if any, of the circumstances under which trading or investing in your account can be suspended or restricted?
The brokers can do whatever they want. Heck auto sell my shares. Like the SEC would do anything. Robinhood got away with it. Now everyone will. Crime begets further crime. Here is looking at you subprime mortgages. SEC really caught that one didn't they.

11. What else would you like us to know positive or negative - about your experience with online trading and investing?
The depths of my frustrations with US regulators hurts me deeply. I have worked hard all my life. I try and be a good person. And it feels like for what... For crooks to scam us in broad daylight, and no one cares. Gamification? Are you kidding me. What is wrong with you guys. It's the corruption that is built into the system that is the issue. And you guys are supposed to protect us. You are supposed to be our allies. Do you even care about us? Do you really not care. Or do you just wants a job at Citadel after you are done at the SEC to join the scam fest. That's where the real money is isn't it... Ripping of the working class. This truth hits me so hard. It shakes my faith in society. It ain't right, and I've been cut deep.
