To whom it may concern, I am a retail investor who is extremely displease with the current state of our stock market. I feel as if best pricing does not exist for retail as PFOF and other sketchy and unfavorable tactics have been used. Let’s not forget one of the biggest scammer in history Bernie Madoff endorsed PFOF and we all know why. I also think there are a lot of conflict of interests. Many examples exist but the most obvious one is the RobinHood/Citadel scandal, where nothing has happened even though this is obvious market manipulation. For the people that you actually persuade (not many I know), but the penalties should be much heavier and harsher. I mean think about it why is the penalty for illegally collecting 100 million dollars a 100 thousand dollar fine? Seems less like a fine and more like the SEC taking a cut of their profit.
