 1. Do you have one or more online trading or investment accounts?
Yes, I have one or more accounts that I access both online using a computer and using a mobile app.

 2. If your response to Question 1 is Yes, do you think you would trade or invest if you could not do so online using a computer or using a mobile app?
Yes

 3. On average, how often do you access your online account?
Once to a few times a week

 4. On average, how often are trades made in your online account, whether by you or someone else?
Less often than once a month.

 5. If you access your account online, did you have the account first, and only began to access it electronically later? Or did you open the account with the idea that you would access it electronically immediately?
I downloaded an app or visited a website first, and then opened up an account with the company

 6. My goals for trading or investing in my online account are (check all that apply):
Other
If Other, Explain:
To build capital

 7. What would you like us to know about your experience with the features of your online trading or investment platform? (Examples of features are: social networking tools games, streaks, or contests with prizes points, badges, and leaderboards notifications celebrations for trading visual cues, like changing colors ideas presented at order placement or other curated lists or features subscription and membership tiers or chatbots.)
I use Robinhood, I never transferred even after all the mess you guys went through. I figured they went to court and you guys won't allow them to halt. My experience quite candidly has been horrible, I had no idea things were as they were entering the stock market. A concern Chair Genslers has shared with Congress I echo, you see I put my order in my app and Robinhood has 2 days to process and can actually position themselves in the markets. Also my orders are routed to markets I know nothing about or even can access. Dark pools, why am I using an app that sells me something that can be changed somewhere I have zero access to? Let me ask this, do you see a level playing field between me, my app and for instance Citadel? Probably not. This \"gamification\" makes me think Vegas and that's how my experience has been, it's been like Vegas. I get suggested articles to read in Robinhood and you wouldn't believe the lies these stories tell and the horrible trading ideas, it's like listening to Him Cramer but worse advice, and I have Cramer's tickers written down ... Anyway I will keep it simple see all the questions in Chair Gary Genslers testimony to the house finance committee

 8. If you were trading or investing prior to using an online account, how have your investing and trading behaviors changed since you started using your online account? (For example, the amount of money you have invested, your interest in learning about investing and saving for retirement, the amount of time you have spent trading, your knowledge of financial products, the number of trades you have made, the amount of money you have made in trading, your knowledge of the markets, the number of different types of financial products you have traded, or your use of margin.)
Well here's another opportunity to be candid. My behaviors were erratic at first, trying to follow ticker prompts that were always too late, my entry and exit in positions was pathetic based solely on Robinhood help. I had to outsource from the all and it's hot tips, and don't buy this (as it literally rockets to the moon, Robinhood for several months discouraged and shared countless negative fud articles that were if not blatant lies just horse crap misleading crap So I took to YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and other means to gain an education, I suppose it's radicalized my views on Market Structure and how all this stuff is built. You know I very regularly tag this office on Twitter. I want to have faith in things being built back better, my God how fricken amazing it would be if the market was Fair. There are solutions. So now that II drifted off there some I'll close with just saying once I stopped listening to the articles and suggestions given me by Robinhood I actually started to make sense of our market and I learn more every day. I recently learned how to read charts. As I look in Robinhood at AMC stock it's just INSANE. By no means is this an exaggeration, and you can investigate this your self PLEASE DO, but almost every single day AMC closes in either a double bottom, cup and handle or the Bulk Flag.since May, I understand investing is a risk, but how does a stock close like this every day for months and not simply break down r up drastically? These are classic charts... Anyways so I would say it was no thanks to my brokarge app that I have learned all I have, the only thing good Robinhood has done is Nate it fast and very fricken convenient to buy and sell stocks. They have set me up to trade options but I'm not interested. I'm holding my current position and putting faith in you guys to protect me, please remember these folks rlseruousky could have covered at 5 bucks and have doubled down 3 or 4 times since. Can't put that on retail... Idk I feel like I'm growing and I really have hope for the future of the markets. Oh yeah I learned there's Darkpools and rerouting of retail orders, learned naked shorting is real, and VERY BAD, and in fact would be the sexiest case every.. see DarkPoolLifeguard that guy astro in Twitter, see Jackson Hunter on YouTube, These guys have gotten to the bottom of some things maybe y'all know (I'm sure)maybe not, either way, I echo the sentiment of said sources.
