Pause the markets for the summer of 2010, and let everyone think and execute plans on how to make it all better for this world. It's dangerous to build and fix good/bad cars at the same time as making bad/good cars safe at the same time. The markets can't keep safefully running while the world is buying/selling tulips. Perhaps a "cease fire" is in order.
