Your oveersite is continueing a casino mentality in flash trading. Your rule seems to be the guy with the fastest computer has a right to skim a slice of profits off an otherwise out of the loop investor. You know as well as anyone that the quote "circuit breaker" does not address this issue. Why don't you stop trying to fool the public about who you really represent and say that your loyalty is to the big wall street firms. If you really wanted to address the issue why not make a rule that once you take a position in an equity you cannot exit the trade for some time period be it, one hour, one day or one whatever.
One thing I have observed about regulators is they don't
know when the B.S. is over. Wall Street has been exposed.
