I believe that secure and fair market place has to be maintaining in order to get economic growth. One of the leading economic markets is financial market and also it is a place where manipulators work very hard. To maintain stable market where investor can see future and make better decision and also stable market attract more investors, SEC came up with new regulation called Large Trader Reporting System which I believe will work very well
