I support the use of the proxy voting mechanism to allow shareholders more say in the corporate governance of companies in which they are invested. I'm writing to state this, broadly, although I'll gladly spell out the details of what I'm specifically in favor of if desired, suffice it to say that anything that grants more options (esp. nomination powers) to people by proxy is good from my perspective as a proxy voting stock-holder and general investor.
