I wholeheartedly support the SEC's proposal for allowing shareholder's to nominate directors. There definitely needs to be more freedom in the nomination process. Too often the directors are friends of the current board and are merely expensive "Yes men". The current situation is fraught with all kinds of possibilities of fraud and abuse case in point is former New York Stock Exchange Chairman, Richard Grasso.

To repeat I endorse all of the SEC's recommendations on this important matter and look forward to nominating directors as part of my civic duty.

Thanks
