Yes, yes, yes.
It would be even better to remove all those "in certain circumstances" qualifiers.
And make the terms of directors all end at the same time.
And allow each owner to put all his votes toward only one director, if he wants.
I am soooo sick of the pretense that directors work for the shareholders when the reverse is just soooo obvious.
