We believe the requirement of the annual delivery - not just the offer of delivery - is superfulous. We have NEVER had a request for a delivery, whether following our annual offer or otherwise.
Our clients want LESS paperwork/emails, nt more.
I do not see how this benefits investors - especially if they do not want it.
