This is regarding the support to release the Early SEC Titel III Rules for crowdfunding.We are a small company Gameability trying to solve the problem with Gamification for speicallyAble and want to participate in crowdfunding campaigns under the proposed Title III rules which will be very effective and producitve to get our startup off the ground.
