Dear Ms. Mary Jo White,
My name is Arya Boudaie and I am a young entrepreneur interested equity crowd funding. While I have been following the SEC and the Congressional activity around the JOBS Act, I am having trouble finding information about the official rules for Title III which specifies rules for crowd funding from non-accredited investors! I am looking forward to the new rules and would love to be able to fund some of the startups that are pushing education, computer science, and even new media. However, there needs to be clarification from the SEC.
This letter is intended to persuade you and your fellow Congressmen to get together and finalize a vote for the rules of Title III so that I, and other interested investors, can have sufficient information to make an educated decision about what we invest in! We are looking forward to helping the next generations of entrepreneurs and so we call on you to help get us there by mobilizing Congress to make a decision!
