Dear Ms. Mary Jo White, I go by Kyle and I currently work as an instructor at The New York Code & Design Academy. It’s my job to teach the kids to change the world with their technology skills! I would like to invest in equity crowdfunding and hopefully help fund the fruits of my labor (the students) one day. The young entrepreneurs that would be empowered by the use of equity crowdfunding can change the world, if we’ll only open the door. My investing interests lie with startups disrupting social media, health and wellness, fashion, clean tech, and music. Please, Ms. White, decide and vote in support of the proposed Title III rules, under the Jobs Act, thereby allowing non-accredited investors to participate in equity crowdfunding. Thank you for taking the time to read what I’ve written. I hope you consider my plea and finalize the rules with the SEC so we can have some clarity! Sincerely,
Kyle Johnson | UX Designer and Developer
