Hello Ms. Mary Jo White, My name is Usman and I cofounded Tech Twurl in Michigan in order to create an electronic buyback service for mobile devices! I have many early believers in what I am doing and I have become interested in equity crowdfunding, a topic that I believe was covered in Title III of the JOBS Act passed by Congress two years ago. I do remember however that the JOBS Act specified that the SEC would release rules about Title III back in 2012. I am writing to urge you and your fellow Congressmen to push for a vote on Title III so that my company can participate in this new type of company capitalization. We plan to provide new opportunities to people in our community! Our company will create jobs! We will hire at least 5 more developers to take on the role of scaling our services to people everywhere! Title III will open doors to so much entrepreneurship in Michigan!
