Hello,
I'm the CEO of fans.lu, a small startup that is trying the create the first video game fan art marketplace. We intend to start a crowd funding campaign, under the proposed Title III rules so we can further developer our technology and grow as a company.
In order to grow successfully we will also need to hire 6 full time employees with the proceeds we raise from funding.
If possible, please finalize the Title III rules as soon as possible so we can launch, grow and hire our staff immediately.
