Dear SEC,
My name is Thuan Ho and I'm the CEO and Co-founder of Synosure Games, Inc. We specialize in developing interactive experiences and entertainment within the Virtual Reality space (Oculus VR/Rift). We are intended to initiate a crowdfunding campaign to raise additional funding under the proposed Title III rules.
The proceeds will allow us to purchase more equipment and dev kits to support the development team. The funds will also go into aggressive marketing campaigns that will raise awareness for our company and offerings. Most importantly, raising capital will allow us to hire more team members, with such resources we're aiming to hire 5-6 employees in the real of finances, development, creative and legal.
It is in these goals that we encourage SEC to issue the final rules as soon as possible so that we can take our business to the next level and grow our team.
