Azuba is an Illinois based startup currently developing a national cloud-based health interoperability platform that enables patients to easily and securely aggregate, manage and distribute their up-to-date health records to their doctor prior to their next appointment.
Our mission is to improve health outcomes by empowering patients, caregivers, providers and payers with meaningful use of electronic medical records – anytime, anywhere.
A cornerstone of our growth strategy is to raise capital by means of equity offerings to non-accredited investors via Title III crowdfunding.
We plan to use the funds from crowdfunding to develop and rollout the Azuba national health interoperability platform to digitally connect all health providers, health insurers and citizens. And, we plan to provide access and use of Azuba to all United States citizens on a no charge basis.
Upon completion of our fundraising via crowdfunding, we plan to employ 67 people within 12 months. I urge you to release the final rules.
