Local businesses in Austin, Texas have very few options in their quest to raise money. Small time entrepreneurs here watch their dream ideas dry up and blow away for lack of capital.
Please don't delay the rule issuance. The guidelines offer reasonable protections with a minimum of cost andred tape. Trust the common sense of the everyday citizen to make intelligent decisions on the use of their own money. Wall Street is a casino. Main Street is where we can witness and support homegrown jobs and wealth creation.
