Dear SEC,

As you already know, Crowdfunding was created in order find monetary resources outside of large/private corporations/establishments towards realizing the creation of a new product/invention/service. This is because the cost of even having a product/good/service examined for potential use by a corporation more than often puts put the creator already in more of a financial burden along with the cost of just creating a prototype/template/draft alone to present. It is already clear that corporations have no geographical/economic allegiance, they go where they want to go where profits can be made. Fine, but the inventive mind and innovative spirit is something no company or government can put a price tag on.  Let the creators realize the possibility of financial prosperity without intense regulation and keep the power to choose where donations go with the investor. Thank you for reading.
