If you look at the Market Charts since the Up Tick Rule was banned. You will note the Manipulation of the Market. We are slaves to a Computer. One individual who tweaks the numbers for the Algorithm each day. Then plays Golf.
The SEC has turned U.S. Market into a Algorithm that is Manipulated by a few elite individuals.
