To Whom it May Concern, I am an independant, international, household investor. I have limited time and limited funds to be spending trying to find quality investment vehicles. As a result, I support any rules or legislation which would impose increased transparency and fairness in the markets. Banks, Brokers, the DTC, hedge funds, absolutely every parasitic middle man in the US financial system has MASSIVE informational advantages over a household investor like me. The inequality of opportunity afforded to household investors has gotten so bad that we are now the primary commodity on offer to "smart money" quote unquote. "Smart money" with absolutely every advantage possible, including repeated and aggressive defrauding of the US financial system, investors, and even the government. And the penalties for these crimes? Fines totally less than 1% of the profit they made. Every. Single. Time. So why do I have to be treated like a commodity? Defrauded, gaslit by corporate media outlets owned by those institutions, and then to add insult to injury, not even privy to the same information that "Smart Money" takes for granted? America was built on liberty, freedom and the pursuit of happiness. The only people with any of those attributes today are the "Smart Money". Everyone else is a slave to systems they had no say in making. Transparency. EVERYONE should have access to the same data ALL THE TIME. No more hiding swaps reporting (thanks CFTC), no more FTDs, no more naked shorts, no more hiding short exposure in derivatives and swaps because you've made bad bets because "Smart Money" is actually dumb as hell. Good work, SEC. Good work, Chairman Gensler. Thank you to all the hard-working individuals are the SEC who make these rules possible. You're changing the world. The alternative is to let the super-rich continue destroying our economies, and then watch BRICS smash America into the dirt because no one wants to play you anymore. Thank you for your time, again, I support this rule. Regards, An international investor
