November 17, 2022 Allowing hedge funds and market makers to self report on short positions does not give the retail investors a fair playing field. We are at a disadvantage with them trading on dark pools, naked shorting our stocks,and using other loopholes that are provided for them that we are not allotted. We ask for fair market trading.
