Short selling activity should be reported daily. Short selling hinders price discovery and causes harm to retail investors. The commission should do more than the bare minimum and it can using it's existing resources. You must require daily reporting of short selling activity and ETF must be included in the rule. ETF are used to short stocks that are vulnerable to circumvent regulations. Protect investors and our national security, we do not need a repeat of 2008.
