Dear SEC, My name is Michael Kindell, I am dues paying journeyman of good standing in Local Union 32, Plumbers and Pipefitters. I wanted to take some time today to express my support for the transparency and public data for short positions. I care deeply for the growth of my country and i find shorting to be a destruction form of investing when taken to the extremes with large sums of monies. I find it imperative that we accurately track the short data of everyone but especially of Institutional Investment Managers because they have more capital to use for shorting than the average American does.
