Dear Rule Makers 24 03 2022 I would like to record, anyone dealing with finances/public funds has to be absolutely transparent with those funds. They need to available in public documents. This rule has to be passed. Basic risk-assessing to prevent fraud, or misconduct. There should be nothing to hide, “Transparency breeds accountability”.
