I wanted to share my opinion regarding this rule and the results which would allow over 4,000 institutions currently filing this information to no longer be required to share this information. How does anyone look at this and believe it is a good thing for the average investor? More information about what the top managers and large institutions are doing is always better for the greater majority of investors. Please do not allow this to move forward.
