In my opinion, raising the threshold for filing form 13F to $3.5 BILLION is an abomination if the goal is to achieve transparency. The range between the current threshold of $100 million and $3.5 Billion reduces the transparency by culling 4,744 from the reporting herd. This would hardly e hence transparency for the individual investor.
I heartily oppose this change to 13F reporting.
