This proposal appears to be a regression back to a no transparency situation. I use the 13F documents whenever I'm deciding on what to buy or what to hold. I realize that Icahn and Buffet will still have to file but the majority of companies that currently file will no longer have that requirement.
The ability for small investors to benefit from what should be public information will be eliminated. We will be back to the financial world being a closed door to most investors. I urgently request that you do not pass this regressive rule.
