I strongly urge you to to reject this proposed rule chance.
This proposed rule change will degrade the confidence that the average investor holds in the market.
By raising the reporting threshold by such a large degree, you cripple the very reason for the original policy. A large number of fund that were previously transparent to the consumer will now be black boxes.
