Please do not increase the threshold. As a small, individual retail investor, these filings are crucial to gaining market insight, and improving investing decisions.
Especially now, during one of the most volatile times in history for the markets, transparency is needed. Increasing this threshold, and reducing transparency, would be a mistake.
