We are investing 70% of our assets in the US stock market. As long-term oriented investors (average holding period 4 years) it is very important for us to know who our co-investors are. This is the reason we are systematically analyzing 13F filings on an ongoing basis. We urge you NOT TO CHANGE THE DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS as this loss of transparency would be very detrimental for all long-term investors in US stocks.
