Dear U.S Securities and Exchange Commission, In regard to Reporting Threshold for Institutional Investment Managers, File No: S7-08-20, please note that for all investors, especially small investors, more information is always better. If your goal is to truly be transparent, why would you even think of raising the reporting threshold so massively. Taking this action would be beyond reason.
