I would like to urge you not to increase the threshold for Form 13F reporting, by institutional investment managers. Raising the reporting threshold, from $100 million to $3.5 billion, will make the market less transparent. The rule change would in effect hide information from the public, regarding "who owns what". Furthermore, the Form 13F reporting does not add significant cost to the institutional investment companies who prepare these reports. Thank you, John D Dragonas - Richmond VA.
