This proposal in unfair to normal Americans. The top 20% already get enough breaks. I check all my investments to be sure that companies known for shorting stocks and stock manipulation are not involved. This will make that impossible, putting the rest of us at a further financial disadvantage. Why? To save corporations time and effort? The SEC has never amended rules to save the rest of us time and effort.
