Dear SEC and representative Angie Craig Please do not raise the filing threshold. I have several funds between 100 million and 3.5 billion that I would have to critically reevaluate with the decreased transparency stemming from this rule. I worry that this lack of transparency pushes investment towards larger funds and/or erode confidence.
