I've been following a company that looks to tokenized securities for the SME's.. and built a complete ecosystem that connects the investors to the businesses directly with very little middleman. If laws could change to allow the technology strive, we could see a whole new market emerge
following the EEA I've notice they passed the blockchain act.. this is a great start for the industry as whole and would love to see such in things be brought to light in the great USA
there platforms being built out there can make this whole process very easy and also very compliant.. they just need to laws to opens the doors for the whole market to participate...
