All advisors and sales agents should have to put their client's interests first, and should have to disclose PROMINENTLY AND IN SEVERAL PLACES, VERBALLY AND IN WRITING, the exact nature of the conflict, and what they'll do to mitigate it, and whether or not it can be mitigated.
