I am very upset with the governments handling of this issue.I dont mind a short sell that is done on the uptick or that is actually going to be covered.It is like robbing a bank.A person is going to a rob banks until he gets caught.The market maker is going to naked short or short without covering until somebody stops them.Only the SEC has the power to do that.The uptick rule is a good step in the right direction.I have owned stocks for years and I have never seen stocks so bad as far as shorted.
One stock I own is shorted after the bell almost every single day.The stock has been bought up 4 times the float in seven months.Now where is that stock.No where.It is air.
Please take this issue under the governments power and change investing back to the way it should be.
