As a small invertor I have watched my life savings melt away because of government officials not monitoring the conspiracys to destroy stock value.
Failure of our government highly paid governmant officals to controll fraud and short conspiracys are the reason people fell the market is more like going to Foxwood in Connecticut.
There is a need for control that demands punishment for those who conspire to defraud which ever way it becomes apparent or manifest itself in buy selling in the market.
Some form of control is required even in a democracy.
No one can regulate conspiarcys and fraud but you can control it with a rigid and stern deterants or fines
