Those of us who manage our own stock portfolios have been mowed down by the notorious hedge funds. Please, SEC, protect the non-elites from the elites and enforce the uptick rule and do away with naked short selling.The playing field needs to be leveled. The small investor who believes in the capitalist system needs your support.
